Rental Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT:

To confirm your reservation must pay a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount of the reservation. The remaining balance will be paid upon delivery of keys Remo Romulo Apartments accommodation. No keys will be delivered without prior payment of the total.

Upon receipt of the deposit you will receive confirmation by us of the reservation. The rental price includes the consumption of water, electricity, gas. Sheets and towels not included.

Other charges:

Final cleaning required € 45 per apartment.

Tourist tax of 0.50 € / day per person over 16 years. Maximum 7 days

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to apartaments@remoromulo.com

If the reservation is canceled before 45 days of arrival date, 95% of the deposit will be refunded.

If the reservation is canceled between 7 and 30 days before arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If the reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival date, you will lose 100% of the deposit.

DEPOSIT:

Upon arrival, you will be required a deposit of € 200,00.-. This will be refunded after home inspection and deducting expenses for damages arrangements.

If damages were greater than the amount delivered in the deposit, the customer must pay the difference immediately after receipt of the amount of damage.

CHECK IN:

The arrival time will be between 10:00 AM and 17:00 h. If you can not arrive during these hours, you should first inform Remo Romulo Apartments, otherwise would not have access to the apartment. MINIMUM STAY

During the month of August minimum stay is 7 days from Saturday 13:00 pm to 10:00 am the following Saturday.

DEPART TIME:

The apartment must be left before 10:00 without exception. Exits made after that time will be billed as another day of stay.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS:

The furniture and the contents should be left as found on arrival. Any caused damage must be reported to reception Remo Romulo Apartments immediately.

Upon entering the apartment the client must state any anomaly or defect that basis be observed with disclaim responsibility for damages. These anomalies must be immediately submitted Remo Romulo Apartments Reception, written during the first 24 hours. In case of not receiving the relevant communication, after this time, no claim will not be admitted, leaving the client responsible future damage that may be observed. If you have complaints about the cleanliness of the apartment, it must be notified immediately and Remus Romulus Apartments send a cleaning crew, as soon as possible.

The apartments can accommodate four people. If more people than allowed, Remo Romulo Apartments reserves the right to evict the tenant, losing this straight on the amount already paid and without any right to compensation.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Customers will expressly state that an appropriate use of the rented apartment, Remo Romulo Apartments exempting from any liability for damages caused them to misuse it.

Remo Romulo Apartments not responsible for valuables that customers held and / or deposit in the apartment are made.

The customer agrees to respect the rules of the community and especially the hours of rest, holding parties of any kind in the apartments, forcing to respect the rules on noise is not allowed.

ADDITIONAL:

Any representative Remo Romulo Apartments (including technical) can access the apartment at all times to carry out any inspection or to solve any problems. As far as possible, the visits will be communicated in advance.
